How We Deliver

• We process your order within 5 business days (Mon-Fri, excluding weekend and public holidays).
• As soon as your parcel is on its way, we'll send you a postage confirmation via WhatsApp or email.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Standard postage at Rs 75: usually 7-8 business days after dispatch
• Express postage at Rs 100: usually 1-2 business days after dispatch

Please note delivery times may vary due to postal service delays, especially during busy seasons.

If You Miss Your Delivery

• If you are not available at the time of delivery, your local post will leave a card with collection or redelivery instructions.

Having Trouble?

• Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We will not be held responsible for parcels delayed or lost due to incorrect address provided.
• If your order hasn't arrived within the expected time, or you have any delivery questions, just reach out to us via WhatsApp or email - we're here to help!

Once an order begins processing, no changes can be made.

We want you to love your new pieces. Please note that all sales are final - we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, sizing or fit.

Non-Refundable Items

• For hygiene and sustainability reasons, every item purchased is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Please double-check your size and details before placing your order - we're always happy to help with sizing questions before you buy!

Faulty Items

• If you receive an item that is faulty, please get in touch with us within 2 days of receiving your parcel; make sure to include proof of faulty items in your WhatsApp message or email.
• We'll happily arrange a replacement if the item is still available or refund in this case only.

What is a gift card and what does it include?

• An Urbané gift card is a prepaid card that can be used as payment for any products in our store.
• It includes a unique code and the monetary value you choose at purchase.
• Gift cards are a perfect way to
  give someone the freedom to choose their favorite fashion pieces from our
  store.

Who can use a gift card?

• Anyone with a valid Urbané gift card code can use it to make purchases on our website.
• Gift cards can be purchased for
  yourself or given as a gift to friends, family, or colleagues.
• The recipient simply needs the gift card code to redeem it at checkout.

Where to buy a gift card?

Gift cards are available for purchase
directly on our website at urbane-official.com. Simply browse to our gift card section to select your preferred amount and complete your purchase.

How to buy a gift card?

To purchase a gift card:

1. Visit our gift card page on urbane-official.com
2. Select the gift card amount you wish to purchase
3. Add the gift card to your cart
4. Proceed to checkout and complete your payment. One IMPORTANT element here is your email address or that of the person you will gift the card to. Without inputting an email address, you won't receive the redeem code.
5. The gift card code will be sent via email to you or directly to the recipient if you specify their email address

What happens when the purchase is below the card amount?

• If your purchase total is less than the gift card balance, the remaining amount will stay on the gift card.
• You can use the remaining balance for future purchases until the card expires or the balance reaches zero.

What happens when the purchase exceeds the card amount?

If your purchase total is more than the gift card balance, you can pay the difference using MCB Juice payment method at checkout. Simply apply your gift card code first and then complete the remaining balance through the accepted payment method.

Validity of the card

Important:
All Urbané gift cards are valid for 2 months (60 days) from the date of
purchase. We encourage you to use your gift card within this timeframe to
discover your perfect pieces from our collection. After the expiration date,
the gift card will no longer be valid and any remaining balance will be
forfeited.
