At Urbané, we ship all orders via Mauritius Post to ensure reliable delivery across Mauritius.

Shipping Rates

• Standard Posting: MUR 100 (delivery within 5-7 business days)
• Express Posting: MUR 150 (delivery within 2 business days)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery method.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 5 business days. You will receive a Whatsapp message and/or confirmation email once your order has been dispatched with tracking information where available.

Delivery

All deliveries are handled by Mauritius Post. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and postal service conditions. Urbané is not responsible for delays caused by the postal service or events beyond our control.
