Non-Refundable Items

  • For hygiene and sustainability reasons, every item purchased is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  • Please double-check your size and details before placing your order - we're always happy to help with sizing questions before you buy!

Faulty Items

  • If you receive an item that is faulty, please get in touch with us within 2 days of receiving your parcel; make sure to include proof of faulty items in your WhatsApp message or email.

  • We'll happily arrange a replacement if the item is still available or refund in this case only.
